Let me start with this, you won’t be fine bottling your experience.
As a rape victim, talk to someone, express your feelings to someone who you feel will understand. A friend, family or counsellor, talking about it lessens the burden.
Do not blame yourself for what happened, it is not because of your skimpy skirt, it is not because of your tattoos or piercings, and it’s not because of your body features. It is not your fault, don’t beat yourself up with such an ideology.
Get justice. Talk to a lawyer, female right advocate; they will be of great help in ensuring the perpetrator(s) is brought to book.Try to get therapy. Within the time frame for therapy; engage with music, movies, games, and friends.
Keep in mind that you should stay away from harmful substances to avoid getting addicted.
Finally, this is for the guys. There is no shame in being a rape victim, it doesn’t make you less of a man, and it doesn’t mean you aren’t strong. You need to get help, you need to talk about it. I hope this helps.
